Destination Guru respects your privacy. We collect minimal data: account information when you register, analytics via Google Analytics (with your consent), and contact form submissions.

We use cookies for analytics and session management. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via our cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal information. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click booking links — please review their privacy policies.

If display advertising is turned on, ad partners may receive page-type and placement context. Ads stay off until we enable them, and they will not appear beside Save or Add to trip actions.

If you create an account, we also store trip board items, saves, comments, and merchant claim or deal drafts so we can personalize your planner and keep claimed venues accurate. Lifecycle emails (welcome, first save, trip start) are sent only when drip email is enabled and an email provider is configured. You can stop those messages by contacting us.

Claimed merchants can see a private venue hub with drafts and click context. We do not sell personal information. Ad partners, when ads are enabled, receive page-type and placement context only — never your trip board contents.
